Whether you’re hosting a game day party or simply craving a cozy meal, this chili delivers bold, comforting flavors that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef

  • 1 Whole Green Pepper (Diced)

  • 1 Whole Red Pepper (Diced)

  • 1 Whole Onion (Diced)

  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

  • 1 Whole Jalapeño (Diced) (Remove Seeds for less Spice)

  • 6 oz Tomato Paste

  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 cup Beef Broth

  • 15 oz Chili Beans

  • 15 oz Kidney Beans

  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 2 tsp Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Oil

Directions

  • In a frying pan, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season meat with 1 tsp of salt and pepper
  • Remove the cooked beef and drain. Put beef aside.
  • In the large pot add oil, chopped onion, bell pepper, Jalapeño and garlic to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the ground beef, diced tomatoes, chili powder, tomato paste, beef broth, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Stir in the kidney and chili beans and cover
  • Allow it to cook on low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally
  • Remove from heat and Serve!

Notes

  • Serve it with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or fresh cilantro for an extra touch of deliciousness.
