Perfect for a quick breakfast, a post-workout refuel, or a midday pick-me-up, the Tropical Bliss Smoothie is your ticket to a moment of pure, tropical delight.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapples

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks

  • 1 Whole Banana

  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

Directions

  • Place the thawed frozen pineapple, mango and whole banana into blender.
  • Add the Greek Yogurt
  • Pour in the Orange Juice and Coconut Milk into the blender.
    Optional: Add 1 tbps honey to sweeten the smoothie.
    Can replace Orange Juice with 1 Whole orange
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more orange juice or coconut milk to reach desired consistency.
